Sean Was a Great Help

After a long struggle with unhelpful staff, I asked to speak with a manager. SEAN got involved, changed my flights, and updated a passenger name for me. Thank you, Sean! My advice to Trip.com: train all staff to help like Sean did.

Good Overall Service

Overall the service is good, but I did have a bad experience when a flight was cancelled and I couldn’t get a refund. I had to pay extra for a replacement flight because there was no solution offered despite promises to help. Aside from that, the service has been great.

First Time Booking

This is my first time booking through Trip.com for a trip in three weeks. The booking process was fast and simple, and the prices seemed reasonable. I will know for sure after my travel.

Easy Site to Use

The site is very easy to use and helps me find the flights I need quickly. My only suggestion is to display flight times in a 24-hour format to avoid any confusion.
