Happy With Lastminute

I’m happy with my experience. At first, I had to go back and forth between lastminute.com and Etihad Airlines because my ticket was cancelled and I needed to rebook. In the end, lastminute.com’s customer service resolved it. Special thanks to Vinayak from the team for his help.

Everything Was Good

Overall, everything was great. I didn’t give it 5 stars because I think showing the initial price without including online check-in fees is a bit misleading.

Great Location, Helpful Staff

The location near Lamar Valley was perfect. When we arrived at Grizzly Lodge, our original cabin wasn’t ready due to an upgrade, but the front desk lady, Jewel, was very helpful and arranged another cabin for us. We did struggle to get clear details from lastminute.com about the cabin features, so there was some confusion about the kitchenette. In the end, it worked out and we enjoyed our stay.

Brings Everything Together

I really like how this site brings everything together in one place and keeps it simple. Great choices for accommodation, flights, and transfers. Everything went as planned and communication was generally good.

Easy Search and Booking

The search and booking process was easy — I booked on Thursday and traveled the following Monday without any hassle. The outbound flight with SunExpress went smoothly. The only downside was the Wizzair app for the return trip, which didn’t work properly and kept saying I had no trips booked. Luckily, the hotel printed my boarding passes. Aside from that, no other problems.
