Issue Resolved Despite Error

Even though there was an error with my initial ticket reservation, Susan resolved the issue correctly and professionally.

Took Long, Payment High

The process took quite a long time and the final payment was higher than expected. Some staff seemed unsure how to properly assist customers.

Best Online Support Service

I have never written a review before but felt I had to this time because ANNIE was incredibly helpful, patient, kind, and dedicated. She even stayed beyond her shift, caught the last bus home, and followed up from home to confirm everything was completed. Truly first-class service! I gave one star less because I purchased a Dreampass for myself but it was issued in the traveler’s name instead. Annie assured me it will be usable later, but it would be great if the system allowed choosing whose name goes on the Dreampass.
